It contains more practical chapters and health care examples and additional material on methods and techniques of risk reduction and management. It also revises the structure of the previous edition, and focuses on operational and organizational structure rather than risk areas and functions. Index.

I bought this book after starting the course in RM and borrowed my bosses text books, the book was boring with thick printing and reading it was so hard to do a mental picture and overly boring so i was very behind in my reading. When i got THIS book, omg , the book was so breezy and easy to read. It makes risk management so easy because the book is so reader friendly and terms used are so easy to relate to and understand. Def will be in my bookshelf for awhile.
