I'm interested in the subject matter and I just can't bring myself to read this book. The writing is convoluted and hard to follow with overly complicated sentences. I've read some pretty esoteric textbooks and this is the worst by far. Professors, please don't put your students through the same pain I'm in.

The most comprehensive book on this topic available. Excellent use of authors from over 18 different countries who know this subject very well.
