I am a medical oncologist, inventor and recently a life science enterpreneur. If you are thinking about starting a biotech company, I'm not aware of any resource that comes close - this book is exactly what you need. I found myself coming back again and again, and the answer I was looking for was often right there. In fact, I have reached out to Craig Shimasaki and he is now helping me in an advisory role, something I would also highly recommend. If I had talked to him from the beginning, I would have saved myself a lot of frustration and a lot of money in legal fees.

Great reference for the business of science, but I don't think it's worth the $100+ price tag. It has a lot of great reference information on the business of bioscience and the pharmaceutical industry, but is over-priced.
