This is a great book for those who may need help with documentation. This book gives you the terminology that insurance companies need to see in your documentation. It has a lot of practice spaces with the answers in the back of the book. This is a must get book for students!

Delivery for this book was very fast and the condition of it was really good. I received it with the plastic still on and even though it is not hardcover the corners were in really good conditions.
