“Your thoughts create your life!” This is the message that Louise Hay has been teaching people throughout the world for more than 27 years. Now, children can learn and understand the powerful idea that they have control over their thoughts and words, and in turn, what happens in their life.

Within the pages of I Think, I Am! kids will find out the difference between negative thoughts and positive affirmations. Fun illustrations and simple text demonstrate how to make the change from negative thoughts and words to those that are positive. The happiness and confidence that come from this ability is something children will carry with them their entire lives!

I purchased this book at the Celebrate Your Life conference in hopes that it would help lead my child to start thinking positivly. We read it a few times a week, and we have started telling each other what our affirmations are for the day on the way to school. It has been a great tool to explain to her how thinking effects your life. She is thinking more positivly and she loves this book so much she wanted to share it with her class. (my daughter is 7 1/2).

I had the opportunity to read "I think I am" and "Affirmation Weaver", by Lori Lite, (a gifted author that writes from her heart and connects with children) to a group of children. These two books work great together in that" I think I am" contrasts negative thoughts to positive thoughts while Affirmation Weaver focuses on believe in yourself positive affirmations. Both books were loved by the children. I think I am generated conversation afterwards and Affirmation Weaver had the group repeating affirmations. A perfect introduction to positive statements and self love.
