This book is the text for a class I am taking for my tDPT degree. It is a very concise book that addresses what a busy, working clinician needs to know about EBP. The book is well organized and information is easily accessed. Many text books add fluff and filler to expand, maybe the authors are trying to appear deep, I don't know. As a working clinician I want a book that cuts to the chase and this book does that. It has helped me to understand how to integrate evidence in my practice and it's a great clinical resource to quickly address questions. Again, it's greatest asset is that it's concise. It's also well organized and very relevant.

The book is very clearly written with clinical examples, and in-depth questions. If you want a comprehensive book on statistics this is not the book for you, but it is an easily understandable introduction to physical therapy research which will help you to interpret the literature and apply it to your patients
