I am a 3rd year medical student. I give 5 stars due to Conrad producing a book which I can take on rotations and look up clinical information quickly. The information in the book is similar to MTB 2ck with some added information specifically for rounds. I would highly recommend this book for medical students on their first IM rotation. It provides a succinct but complete outline of the seemingly endless sea of knowledge MS3s are required to know. Its spiral bound and also fits in your white coat!
Cons; not enough information for a complete workup of all diseases (not intended to be a single resource). Also use Step Up to Medicine.
I will continue using this product throughout my rotations, looking for errors and bad things to comment on but so far so good!

Excellent overview of everyday cases encountered in student life. Very well explained and upto date matter. Can replace the pocket boot the residents carry.
